What's Your Day Like?

As a Full Time Internet Consultant at Fox Subaru Macomb, you'll be the vital link between our dealership and potential customers. Your role will involve responding to incoming internet inquiries and online chats, ensuring every question is met with prompt and informative responses. You'll engage in continuous follow-up via phone and email throughout the customer buying cycle, setting appointments and efficiently assigning them to the appropriate sales staff. Keeping a daily log of these appointments and maintaining clear communication with management will be key to your success.

You'll utilize our dealership database for all customer interactions, tracking, and notes while sharing general updates about our current inventory and specials. Your proactive approach will ensure that customers receive outstanding service at every step of their journey, making this an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a collaborative and energetic environment.
