Visit our website to learn more about working at M& M!Responsibilities:At least one year of experience with installation of Hardie, Vinyl, Fiber Cement sidingReplacement and repair work of installs,tear offs, redeck, replacementsThoroughly clean job site, take photos before and after, upload them to the CRMCommunicate with homeowners and Superintendents while onsite to address any problemsRequired Skills and Qualifications:At least one year of installation experience vinyl and Hardie sidingQuality workmanship & excellent communicationMotivated, organized, disciplinedYour own truck and tools, unless working independentlyNeed proper insurance and licensingYour own crew (each must have one English speaking person) Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage minimums:General Liability - $2 million aggregate$2 million products & completed operations$1 million per occurrenceAutomobile Liability - $1 million combined single limitWorkman's Compensation - $500k-$500k-$500kM&M Home Remodeling Services seeks to safeguard its employees, customers, and others while conducting company business.
