About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Human Resources to take on a pivotal role as the first dedicated HR leader. The successful candidate will be a senior HR professional with a background in professional services, consulting, or financial services, and will be responsible for both strategic HR planning and hands-on execution. Key responsibilities for the Head of HR include partnering with senior leadership in a client-service oriented environment, and building and administering structured career frameworks, competency models, and performance review cycles. The role demands a leader who is comfortable operating in a lean organization and is capable of being a standalone HR leader. The ideal candidate for the Head of HR position at the company will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with at least 10 years' of progressive HR experience, including a previous role as a Head of HR or a senior HR leader. Experience in a billable, client-service oriented environment is essential, as is the ability to work closely with senior leadership. The role requires a professional who is adept at operating in a high-performing, lean environment and is ready to take on the challenge of being the sole HR leader. While not mandatory, experience working with a PEO partner is strongly preferred. The Head of HR will be a key player in the organization, contributing to its growth and success through effective HR management and strategic planning.
