Head Of Hr, AmericasTalent Connections is leading a confidential retained search for a Head of HR, Americas with a global financial services organization located in Manhattan's Financial District.This is a senior HR leadership opportunity supporting a significant, revenue-generating, client-facing business. The Head of HR, Americas will serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and help shape the organization's people strategy across leadership effectiveness, organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, compensation, and business transformation.The ideal candidate will bring deep financial services experience, strong executive presence, and a demonstrated ability to operate successfully within a complex, global, and highly matrixed organization.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the senior HR advisor to executive leadership on organizational strategy, leadership effectiveness, talent priorities, and people-related riskTranslate business priorities into an integrated human capital and talent strategyLead HR support for organizational design, restructuring, operating model changes, and transformation initiativesAdvise on executive talent, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and workforce capabilityPartner with Finance and HR leadership on strategic workforce planning and talent investment decisionsGuide leaders through complex organizational change while supporting engagement, accountability, and business continuityPartner with Compensation on annual reward decisions, incentive programs, sales compensation, and pay-for-performance practicesProvide counsel on complex employee relations, leadership performance, conduct, and other sensitive employment mattersCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other enterprise partnersUse workforce data, business insight, and organizational analysis to influence senior leadership decisionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in the financial services industrySignificant experience serving as a senior HR Business Partner, HR executive, or Head of HR for a complex business or functionFinancial services industry experience requiredDemonstrated experience advising executive-level or C-suite leadersExperience supporting a revenue-generating, client-facing business such as sales, distribution, wealth management, institutional investments, client coverage, or another commercial organizationExperience operating within a global and regulated environmentDemonstrated expertise in organizational design, restructuring, business transformation, and change leadershipStrong grounding in employee relations, employment law fundamentals, conduct matters, and people-related risk managementExperience partnering on compensation strategy, incentive compensation, sales compensation, or performance-based reward programsStrong business acumen, financial acumen, executive presence, and organizational judgment
