Support Staff Team Members

Job Description Job Description Summit Salon Academy is seeking part time customer service representatives and front desk receptionists. This position has the potential of becoming full time. We are looking for courteous, hospitable, positive and high energy people to ensure 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives until they leave. Individuals will handle all front desk duties including checking in/out guests, answering phones, making salon appointments and leading tours, service and retail sales. The position also includes handling inventory, filing and other office items including spreadsheets, data entry and miscellaneous paperwork. Candidates must have a pleasant attitude at all times; be detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task, have excellent verbal communication and phone skills, work well in a fast paced environment and have a professional appearance at all times. Schedules may vary and may change according to Academy needs and are not set schedules. Hourly pay starts at $10-$11 an hour based on experience. Full time is 37 hours per week and part time is less than 37 hours per week. Full time benefits include paid holidays, paid vacation, 50% paid health insurance, 401K, and a discount on all salon services and retail products. We are hiring for various times and days.
