As a Mechanical Technician, you will help keep rental equipment and machinery in safe, working condition. Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, and reassemble rental equipment and machinery

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues

• Perform equipment maintenance, mechanical assembly, and repairs using hand tools and power tools

• Inspect equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation

• Follow work orders and written or verbal instructions

• Load, unload, move, organize, and prepare equipment for delivery

• Operate material-handling equipment as needed

• Deliver rental and sales orders using company vehicles

• Check company delivery vehicles for basic maintenance needs, including oil and fuel levels

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Report equipment or vehicle concerns to the Warehouse Foreman

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys troubleshooting, and is comfortable working with tools and machinery.

Requirements include:

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience using hand tools and power tools

• Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload equipment and materials

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements

• Forklift experience strongly preferred

Previous experience is helpful in:

• Mechanical repair and equipment maintenance

• Industrial maintenance or maintenance mechanics

• Mechanical assembly or manufacturing

• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Electrical or industrial equipment

• Rental equipment or machinery repair

Experience with air hoists, electrical hoists, manual hoists, come-alongs, forklifts, or similar equipment is a plus.
