Project Coordinator

Overview Responsible for supporting the execution and management of construction projects across multiple industrial facilities, including equipment installation, contractor oversight, and project cost tracking. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing construction activities across multiple plant sites Support procurement and selection of plant equipment and required materials Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards Oversee internal labor for equipment installation and construction work Participate in equipment startup, commissioning, and operational handoff Maintain and manage tools and equipment utilized on-site Communicate with plant leadership on equipment functionality and performance Track project costs and support construction budget management Ensure safe operation of tools, machinery, and jobsite activities Provide hands-on oversight of fabrication work (cutting, welding, installation, layout) Support additional project and site responsibilities as required Qualifications High school diploma required; relevant degree preferred 3+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, or project management Preferred Background Experience as a millwright or within heavy industrial environments Strong mechanical aptitude Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Professional and organized approach to project execution Physical & Travel Requirements Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally Frequent bending, lifting, pulling, and physical activity Willingness to travel extensively (air and ground) Ability to work nights/weekends for shutdowns or equipment changeouts Comfortable working at heights (up to ~50 ft) #J-18808-Ljbffr DSJ Global
