Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Houston. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist in product presentation, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations. This position offers an opportunity to develop essential business and communication skills while supporting the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to provide product knowledge and support their purchasing decisions.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure an organized, appealing sales floor.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.
Assist in inventory management, restocking, and product placement.
