Overview If you\'re a Fund Controller looking to step into a role with real ownership instead of another layer of management , this is a unique opportunity to join a growing alternative investment manager where you\'ll report directly to the COO/CFO and help build the finance function as the platform scales. You'll own the fund accounting and reporting process, partner closely with leadership, oversee audits, NAVs, waterfalls, investor reporting, and work on complex private credit and structured finance investments. The environment is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and gives you the autonomy to make an impact from day one. Highlights Report directly to the COO/CFO with high visibility. Own the accounting and reporting function end-to-end. Strong work-life balance outside of quarter-end and audit periods. Opportunity to improve processes, leverage AI, and grow with the firm. Ideal for candidates with 5-8+ years of alternative investment fund accounting experience, preferably in private credit, specialty finance, CLOs, ABS, or structured products.
