Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Ridgecrest, CA

Contract Duration: 40 Weeks Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students and educational teams within a highly supportive school district. The BCBA will provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning, consultation, and staff training to promote positive student outcomes and support individualized educational goals.

Schedule

School Year: 2026–2027
37.5 Billable Hours Per Week
Monday–Friday
School-Day Schedule

Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification/License at the time of submission
Experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
Strong knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Provide behavioral consultation to teachers, administrators, and support staff.
Monitor student progress and analyze behavioral data.
Train school personnel on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and educational staff.
Support students with behavioral, developmental, and social-emotional needs.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
