Site Coordinator$19.46 - $24.51 per hourPosition ProfileAccountable for the daily operations of a single-person site. Responsible for performing contracted office services including, but not limited to:Copy ServicesCourier ServicesManaged Print ServicesHospitality ServicesImaging ServicesMail ServicesJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the daily operations of a mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility.Operates office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging equipment, and mail equipment.May be responsible for: Courier servicesReception servicesSwitchboard operationsShipping and receivingDelivering and processing mailHandles formal customer interactions on a daily basis.Responsible for the effective implementation and management of RICOH Service Excellence programs.Understands how to operate required equipment and software efficiently to achieve service level agreements (SLAs).Achieves profitability objectives by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies.May maintain daily routine functions including: Creating and completing work ordersContractor monitoringInspectionsReporting facility-related issuesProviding support as neededMay interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and building occupants.May be responsible for office supply inventory and reordering.May be responsible for conference room coordination and A/V equipment resource management.Maintains positive internal working relationships through professional communication.Collects and provides data to assigned leadership and customers.May complete monthly customer reports with leadership support.Ensures financial responsibilities are met.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)Typically Requires:High School Diploma or GED required.1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).1+ years of customer-facing work experience required.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesTactical thought processing.Ability to present to small groups.Moderate problem-solving skills.Basic customer service skills.Basic technical aptitude.Basic written and verbal communication skills.Working Conditions, Mental and Physical DemandsTypically works in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels.Work assignments are diversified and require the ability to interpret, comprehend, and apply complex information and instructions.Must be able to prepare, provide, and communicate a variety of information.Some physical effort is required, including: WalkingStandingBendingReachingLifting or carrying objects up to 50 lbs.Requires moderate dexterity and regular use of: CalculatorKeyboardHand toolsEye-hand coordinationThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
