Aufgaben Dein Impact bei uns: New Business: Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden im DACH Markt und unterstützt perspektivisch den Ausbau internationaler Märkte Close the Deal: Du steuerst den gesamten Sales Cycle von der ersten Ansprache bis zum Abschluss Beratung auf Augenhöhe: Du verstehst die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden rund um Wachstum, CAC, CPA, ROAS, Skalierung und Tracking und entwickelst passende Lösungen Solution Selling: Du positionierst unsere Performance Marketing Angebote überzeugend im Markt und erkennst früh neue Kundenbedürfnisse und Umsatzpotenziale Go to Market: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns Strategien und Prozesse, mit denen wir neue Märkte und Kundensegmente erfolgreich erschließen Qualifikation Dein Profil: Deutsch & Englisch: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch Sales Mindset: Du hast Erfahrung im Vertrieb, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und kannst Abschlüsse erzielen Kommunikationsstärke: Du hörst zu, stellst die richtigen Fragen und kommunizierst klar und authentisch Performance Marketing Verständnis: Du verstehst digitale Geschäftsmodelle, Performance Marketing und idealerweise typische Kunden KPIs wie CAC, CPA und ROAS Tech Affinität: Du bewegst dich sicher in einem datengetriebenen Umfeld und hast Erfahrung mit CRM Systemen wie HubSpot Opportunity Mindset: Du erkennst Marktchancen früh und kannst neue Lösungen überzeugend beim Kunden positionieren Benefits Warum wir?
