LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Medical Scheduler to support busy clinic operations across multiple locations. Type: Temp to Hire

Location: Knoxville, TN.

Compensation: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments across multiple clinic locations with accuracy and efficiency
• Collect and update patient information while ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Manage and process incoming referrals through electronic systems
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling flow
• Support the department with administrative tasks as needed, maintaining organization and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong understanding of patient confidentiality, safety protocols, and professional standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
