Maintenance TechnicianPay: $32.50/hourLocation: Commerce City, COWork Setting: On-SiteJob OverviewWe are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a state-of-the-art automated distribution facility. This position offers the opportunity to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced material handling equipment, conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging technology in a highly automated environment.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with industrial maintenance experience who are looking to expand their skills with cutting-edge automation and robotics equipment.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automated equipment.Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution systems.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues.Complete maintenance activities using CMMS and maintenance documentation systems.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and uptime.Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians.Follow all safety procedures and company standards.Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.Minimum 2 years of experience repairing material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or similar mechanical and controls equipment.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, and flexible schedules as required.Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.Preferred QualificationsExperience in one or more of the following areas:Conveyor and sorter maintenancePreventive maintenance programsCMMS systemsAutomation and control systemsRoboticsElectrical troubleshootingMechanical troubleshootingMaterial handling equipment (MHE)Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiativesMaintenance supervision or leadership experienceApply TodayIf you have experience in industrial maintenance, conveyor systems, automation, or material handling equipment and are looking to advance your career in a highly automated facility, we encourage you to apply.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce City, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.0yr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.This company offers competitive compensation packages including comprehensive healthcare benefits starting on Day 1, matching 401(k) program, and up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave.
