Description:Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.The office has 3-4 half-day clinics with 2 procedure rooms, 1 UDS room, and 6 exam rooms.The physician will see 15-20 patients a day in the office.

Office staffing includes 2 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Medical Office Assistants, 6 clinical staff, 1 surgery scheduler, and 1 UDS technician.

Procedures performed in the office include vasectomy, prostate biopsies, cystoscopy with stent removal, and prostate ultrasounds.The number of procedures per day in the office varies.

Procedures performed in the hospital include abdominal sacrocopopexy, aquablation, circumcision, cryoablation of the prostate/kidney, cystocele repair, cystoscopy, green light laser prostate surgery, hernia repair, HIFU, hydrocelectomy, Interstim Stage I & II, mid-urethral sling, orchiectomy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, prostate biopsy, radical nephrectomy, TURP, and ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy.The number of procedures per day in the hospital ranges from 4-8.

Equipment in the office includes a UDS machine, monitors for cystoscopies, rigid and flexible cystoscopes, disposable cystoscopes, an ultrasound machine, and a Trophon.

Patient encounters per shift are approximately 15-20.This facility does not require any specific trauma levels.

Specialty skills required include general urology, renal and bladder ultrasound, biopsy, and incontinence procedures.Fertility work-up and advanced pediatric surgery skills are not required.Robotic surgery and transplant surgery skills are also not required.
