Physical Therapist travel assignment in Albany, Oregon, United States. This 13-week assignment starts on 06/15/2026, with a weekly pay range of $2,251–$2,319 and guaranteed hours of 40 per week. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,251–$2,319 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours/week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, 5x8 (08:00–16:30) Start date: 06/15/2026 Setting: Hospital-based rehabilitation department Responsibilities Perform initial PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with neuro and musculoskeletal conditions, including orthopedic/sports rehab and stroke rehab Deliver evidence-based interventions (therex, gait training, manual therapy, balance and spinal therapy) and progress patients toward functional goals Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document care in accordance with policy and licensing requirements Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across multiple points of care to coordinate patient care and discharge planning Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and transportation considerations to support continued recovery Requirements Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability to travel to multiple points of care Eligibility to work in the United States Benefits and Support Credentialing and onboarding assistance Interview scheduling guidance and clear communication of interview time preferences Ongoing assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC Clear, upfront discussion of pay rates and contract details during the hiring process Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
