Plumbing Dispatcher - Service Division

Location: Must be local to the area

Compensation: Up to $70,000 base + benefits

Position Type: Full-Time


An established service provider is seeking a Plumbing Dispatcher to join its fast-paced team. This position is responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians, coordinating service calls, and maintaining effective communication across field and office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch plumbing service technicians efficiently and accurately
  
  
• Manage same-day and scheduled calls, including emergency response
  
  
• Track work orders, parts, and technician availability
  
  
• Maintain clear communication with technicians and customers
  
  
• Support billing, quoting, and follow-up processes as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in plumbing or related service trades
  
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay organized under pressure
  
  
• Familiar with service dispatch software or job tracking systems
  
  
• Must be based locally and available for in-office work
