Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions with a weekly caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and therapeutic relationships in alignment with professional ethics.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients' needs and determine the best course of action for their treatment.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision to reflect on practice experiences and incorporate constructive feedback into therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation structure for the Licensed Professional Counselor role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
