About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 1990, and today I'm fortunate to work alongside a team of eight talented professionals. I actually began my career as a team member right out of college before stepping into agency myself, so I understand the role from the ground up. I'm a proud graduate of Elon University, and outside the office I'm a husband and father of two. Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I stay active in local events, support a number of charities, and give back to many of the area schools. I offer my team a strong benefits package that includes PTO, a health stipend, a hiring bonus after 90 days, 401k, and reimbursement for licensing costs. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
