Description & Details:

Front Office Assistants for Financial Aid and Scholarships are responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors to the department, retrieving and delivering mail handling and processing paperwork, scanning and linking documents and assisting Financial Aid Staff with special projects.

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday 10:00AM-2PM

August- September

Advertised Pay: $14.00 per hour

Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Provide excellent customer service
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments and manage time effectively
Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs
Punctuality and reliability
Willingness to learn
