Day to day as a Relationship BankerAs a Full Time Relationship Banker at One Community Bank, you will have the opportunity to embody the core value of exceeding client expectations. Requirements for this Relationship Banker jobTo excel in the role of a Full Time Relationship Banker at One Community Bank, certain skills and qualifications are essential. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with strong organizational skills. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, so a meticulous attention to detail is crucial.
You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively address client questions and concerns with warmth and a collaborative spirit.
