Overview Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (L&D) travel assignment in Nashua, NH. Start date: 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $3,352 to $3,469 per week. Guaranteed hours: 48 per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) with every third weekend required. Setting: hospital. This is a travel temporary assignment requiring NH RN licensure and BLS certification. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $3,352-$3,469 per week Guaranteed hours: 48 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) Start date: 08/31/2026 Travel assignment in a hospital setting Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care to laboring and postpartum patients, newborns, and their families, following the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation). Monitor maternal and fetal status, manage labor progress, administer medications per protocol, and respond to changes in patient condition. Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and the nursing team to coordinate care and ensure patient safety and comfort. Provide postoperative care for GYN surgical and general postoperative patients as needed; bring circulation experience to support operating room and perioperative activities. Provide family education, discharge planning, and documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance with standards such as the AWHONN guidelines.
