What You Will Do:

• Greet and qualify all walk-in and lot traffic in a professional, pressure-free manner
• Conduct test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and condition
• Coordinate with management to assist customers through pricing negotiation and financing
• Follow-up with customers post-sale to support retention and referrals
• Participate in the daily sales meeting and team process development sessions
• Other duties as assigned by the management
