Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 3+ years of applied experience.
• We look for practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We need hands-on experience with Java, React, and Spring framework.
• We value experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using one or more modern programming languages and database query languages.
• We expect hands-on use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools for coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation, with the ability to review, validate, and refine AI-generated output for accuracy, performance, and security.
• We look for understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and resiliency and security expectations, with the ability to guide peers on safe and effective usage.
• We require overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• We need a solid understanding of agile methods, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies is preferred.
• Exposure to cloud technologies is preferred.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development is preferred.

• We execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting, using creative approaches beyond routine methods to solve technical problems.
• We create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with the appropriate systems.
• We use enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity across complex work, while validating results through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.
• We apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle tools, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase the value delivered by automation.
• We produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure design constraints are met through software development.
• We gather, analyze, synthesize, and visualize large and diverse data sets to support continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
• We proactively identify hidden issues and patterns in data and use those insights to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
