Responsibilities Complete award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Follow a route schedule and daily operation within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location. Operate a company vehicle safely, keeping it clean and equipped. Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as a problem‑solver for each customer, listening to and understanding their needs and recommending efficient solutions. Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services to give them peace of mind. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property. Complete all required service‑related documentation on a handheld device for speed and accuracy. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers inside businesses and/or homes. Work Environment Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA‑compliant respirator when required. Work in various weather conditions.
