Administrative Coordinator

$20 - $22 per hour

What You’ll Do Support general administrative and operational needs across the company Assist with marketing and brand-related initiatives, including photos, video, and content support Help coordinate company events and internal team initiatives Assist with documentation, organization, and process support Support accounting, HR, and operations teams with administrative tasks Maintain organized task lists and ensure responsibilities are completed on time Take ownership of assigned work and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities as the company continues to grow Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team What Success Looks Like Here Tasks are completed accurately and on time Team members can rely on you without needing reminders Administrative work is organized and efficient Details don’t get missed Projects move forward because of your support You take ownership of outcomes, not just assignments You consistently find ways to help the business run better What Makes This Role Different This isn’t just an administrative position.
