Paralegal - Real Estate Litigation / Transactions

Northside Indianapolis law firm seeking a full-time, experienced Paralegal, with a real estate background. The ideal candidate will have both litigation and transactional experience and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Key responsibilities Assist attorneys in real estate litigation and transactional matters. Drafting and project management of transactional matters. Conduct legal and corporate research regarding business entities, compliance requirements, and regulatory matters. Prepare contracts, amendments, purchase agreements, entity formation documents, resolutions, and closing binders. Coordinate execution, signature collection, organization, and management of contracts and closing documents. Track deadlines, filings, renewals, compliance obligations, and post-closing requirements. Communicate professionally with clients, government agencies, opposing counsel, lenders, title companies, and various other entities. Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and follow-up items in legal documents and transaction workflows. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
