Job Description General Contractor/Green Roof Company is currently seeking a construction accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for the following: Maintaining all accounting information in company accounting system Accounts payable processing and payments Accounts receivable invoicing and payment processing (Must have experience with AIA application invoicing) Job cost analysis and reporting Job cost estimation Subcontractor tracking and reporting All bank reconciliations Maintaining all job vendor and customer files Company taxes Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience with QuickBooks and construction industry Organized and detail oriented Positive team player attitude Ability to meet deadlines as requested Prior experience understanding, creating and processing AIA payment applications #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
