A Water Technician is responsible for responding to water-related emergencies and providing restoration services to properties affected by water damage. This includes drying and dehumidifying wet areas, repairing flood damage, and removing mold. A Water Technician is responsible for responding to water-related emergencies and providing restoration services to properties affected by water damage. This includes drying and dehumidifying wet areas, repairing flood damage, and removing mold. Key Responsibilities Inspect damaged property to assess the extent of water damage Remove excess water from affected surfaces using pumps, extractors, and other equipment Set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the area Monitor drying process and adjust equipment settings as needed Manage mold remediation and removal Clean and sanitize affected areas Provide guidance and advice to property owners on how to prevent water damage in the future Maintain organized job documentation, scheduling, equipment, and communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and staff. Sales & Leadership Identify and sell water mitigation/remediation services while on-site with customers. Generate and close reconstruction opportunities when applicable Stay motivated to meet sales goals and maximize opportunities for the company while providing excellent customer service. Lead, supervise, and mentor mitigation crews to ensure projects are completed Perform mold remediation and removal Responsibilities Identify and sell water mitigation/remediation services while on-site with customers. Generate and close reconstruction opportunities when applicable Stay motivated to meet sales goals and maximize opportunities for the company while providing excellent customer service. Lead, supervise, and mentor mitigation crews to ensure projects are completed. Perform mold remediation and removal Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of residential water mitigation experience. Proven experience leading crews and managing multiple residential projects. Sales experience with the ability to educate homeowners, close remediation projects, and identify opportunities for reconstruction services. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a strong desire to meet sales and production goals. Strong knowledge of residential water mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediation. Experience operating water extraction, drying, and moisture detection equipment. Ability to complete detailed job documentation and maintain organized project files. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required #J-18808-Ljbffr Seco Restore Inc
