Systems & Automation Specialist

Supporting the administration and continuous improvement of core business systems, the full-time remote Systems & Automation Specialist III will manage workflows, dashboards, and automated processes primarily using Deltek Vantagepoint and Smartsheet, while collaborating with Project Managers and Business Analysts across various departments. Key responsibilities Act as a trusted partner to the Manager, advising on process improvements and automation opportunities Perform quarterly User Access Reviews and conduct User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades Design, build, and maintain Smartsheet solutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Three or more years of experience in business/finance systems, ERP administration, or a systems analyst role Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint and working knowledge of Smartsheet Experience executing User Acceptance Testing and User Access Reviews Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance workflows and build technical solutions
