Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Grand Rapids region seeking Inside Sales Representatives. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidatesnot just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer segment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via web conferencing.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
