The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Kentwood that are seeking skilled Inside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and pursue new sales opportunities via phone and email.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing manufacturing customers.

- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for manufacturing products.

Recommended Qualifications
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with manufacturing or industrial clients.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to close.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems in a manufacturing context
- Familiarity with technical product specifications or engineering concepts
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Prior experience in a manufacturing plant or production environment
