Supply Chain Analyst

The Procurement Associate will be responsible for building short and long-term aftermarket strategy to support the Aftermarket RCD Business. The Procurement associate will establish a cross-functional network and fosters collaboration with suppliers, wider supply chain organization, engineering, quality, and product management in the aftermarket network. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree2+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Sourcing within large, international organizations, preferably in aftermarket or resales business3+ years of Advanced user knowledge in MS Excel & Word2+ years of experience in SAP and PowerBI Ability to travel in North America, up to 20% (international as needed) Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in supply chain, Business, or Engineering3+ years of experience in Sourcing /Supply Chain for Aftermarket. Demonstrated track record of driving significant cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier optimization, and contract negotiation. Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities while mitigating supply chain risks. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
