Expertly Executed.What You'll DoMachine components to exact specifications and tight tolerancesSetup and operate CNC lathes or mills, ensuring correct tooling, programs, and job requirementsMonitor operations, identify out-of-tolerance conditions, and make precise adjustmentsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsMaintain full part traceability and documentationUphold strict safety, quality, and process standardsWhat We're Looking ForWe're not looking for basic proficiency. We're looking for elite operators:Someone in the top 10% of CNC mill/lathe operators in Houston or a desire to get thereSomeone who has experience with premium threading.
