Responsibilities Responsible for leading multiple large client accounts, primary communicator of news and information regarding the client’s business, it’s impact on their overall business and how these variables impact SSX and the marketplace Manages relationships with Sr. Level clients, working to build and improve collective agency/client relationship and output Accountable for account growth, client satisfaction and retention Partner and collaborate with cross‑functional leaders and teams to meet and exceed client expectations and provide key strategic initiatives and thinking Proven team leadership skills; partnering with the VP on the development of the full account leadership team in the areas of: Relationship (internal & external) Shopper & communications knowledge Business stewardship Leadership skills Strategy Staffing Career Pathing Partner on new business opportunities for existing and new clients Responsible for leading revenue and forecast discussions. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
