Executive Assistant and Housekeeper

The Spencer family (located in Pleasant View) is a very busy, happy, entrepreneurial family with an at home business that takes a lot of time. Almost empty nesters (5 older kids moved out, with a 16-year-old son at home doing 3 classes at Weber high and general subjects through BYU High School online). Looking for a full-time, super hard working, super fun, super talented, super star to help with all the little things that are falling through the proverbial cracks! If that sounds like you, your duties would include (but are not limited to):
- Pay Bills
- Organize family events
- Organize mastermind meetings (16 weekends a year)
- Run Errands
- Make Deposits
- Organize and submit tax documents to accountant
- Laundry
- Tidy the house
- Check teenager's chores
- Manage vacation rentals
- Check and triage emails
- Work with CFO to organize finances
- Work with lawyer to organize will, family trust, etc.
- Possibly edit company newsletter
- Work with company administrator on projects
- Plan out garden
- Plant and take care of garden
- Help with preserving garden produce (canning, freeze drying, freezing)
- Take care of chickens, dogs & cats
- Bathe 2 dogs once a week (White Lab & Irish Golden Doodle)
- Organize all medical appointments for pets and people
- Decorating for seasons and holidays
- Help prepare for church functions, make handouts
- Make home maintenance appointments (pool cleaners, landscapers, repairs, remodeling)
- Keep cars, boats, RVs, trailers etc registered and serviced
- Cook lunches and dinners
- Grocery Shopping
- Packaging and mailing business gifts
- House sit when family is traveling
- Make travel arrangements for business and personal trips
- Address and mail thank you cards and birthday cards
- Excuse School and Seminary absences and manage homeschool tutor
- anything else that needs done!
