Procurement - Subcontract Specialist

Responsibilities Own and deliver end-to-end sourcing packages in support of project proposals, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Lead sourcing activities for EPC, BOP, and key equipment packages, including RFQ preparation, bid analysis, and supplier selection. Influence proposal competitiveness by driving cost accuracy, supplier strategy, and procurement assumptions. Manage RFQ processes end-to-end, including scope definition, commercial evaluation, and supplier recommendations. Support subcontract negotiations, progressing toward independently leading commercial and contractual discussions. Collaborate closely with Sales to support pricing development and proposal submissions. Partner with Engineering to ensure supplier proposals align with technical and project requirements. Contribute to pricing inputs (SOG) and procurement strategies for proposals and pipeline opportunities. Support supplier development, qualification, and relationship management aligned with regional procurement objectives. Maintain procurement data, dashboards, and reporting accuracy using SAP and other tools. Ensure compliance with Fluence procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards. Support demand planning activities through the issuance of purchase orders and letters of intent, as required. Requirements 4–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or subcontract management within industrial, energy, or engineering environments Proven experience managing RFQs, supplier selection, and sourcing activities end-to-end Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders and external suppliers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
