We're looking for a skilled Landscape Architect to provide technical support, Manage and oversee landscape architecture projects, contributing to the development of innovative, equitable, and sustainable parks and public spaces. Key Responsibilities Review development projects and provide design recommendations. Coordinate with planners on development guidelines, park master planning, and private development review processes. Manage projects, consultants, and contracts. Develop scopes of work, schedules, conceptual plans, designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and track expenditures. Conduct site analysis, create diagrams, and graphics using software tools. Develop planting designs and strategies. Facilitate civic engagement processes. Attend evening/weekend meetings and deliver presentations. Lead and coordinate bidding and permitting processes. Oversee projects during construction administration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Forestry, Urban Planning, or related field. Significant experience in landscape design and project management. Experience with urban park stormwater management facilities, development reviews, and computer programs (AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam). Experience designing urban parks, public spaces, recreation facilities, and playgrounds. Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) certification. Landscape Architecture License or Certified Arborist designation. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
