Yard and Equipment ManagementCoordinates all aspects of yard and equipment managementPosition responsibilities and duties:Manages Swinerton Builders yard and equipmentFills tool and equipment orders for projectsOversees the repair of tools and equipmentResponsible for tool and equipment inventoryMaintains equipment in good working order onsite and at jobsitesManages tool and equipment delivery to and from jobsitesProcesses telephone orders for tools and equipmentAssures the work quality of other yard personnelOversees and coordinates activity of the division company vehiclesDirects the work of company mechanicCompletes other responsibilities as assignedPunctuality and dependabilityMinimum skills or experience requirements:Minimum 5 years experience in construction equipment utilizationMinimum one year of jobsite or yard supervisory experiencePractical knowledge of function, operation and maintenance of construction tools and equipmentTraining in equipment repair or equivalent experienceGood construction technical skillsEffective written and verbal English communications skillsProblem solving ability and a strong sense of urgencyValid driver's license
