Production Worker

Weather Shield is seeking motivated individuals to fill a variety of General Assembly and Production positions. New to manufacturing? No problem! Training is provided, just bring a great attitude and eagerness to learn. More skilled? That’s great! We will work with you to find the perfect opportunity. Starting at $20.00 per hour with automatic 0.50 pay increases after 90 days and 6 months Most work weeks are Monday - Thursday/Friday with mandatory overtime as needed. What is the Job? Assemble components to complete window/door units and/or parts. This ranges from machine operating to installing finished components onto the units. What is Required? Capability of working in fast-paced environment, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, use and read a tape measure and utilize hand/power tools.
