Medical Receptionist - Full time. In-person Mon-Fri $17-18/hour
Home Health Care Agency

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our growing home health care team. If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced office, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and direct calls to the appropriate staff
• Perform general administrative and front office duties
• Maintain patient records and assist with data entry
• Support office staff with daily administrative tasks
• File, scan, copy, and organize documents
• Assist with other office support duties as assigned

• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or medical office experience preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office
• Team player with a positive attitude
