Account Executive to join our dynamic team. With over 30 years in the industry,
we serve a diverse clientele, including the US Department of Defense, Army Corps
of Engineers, architects, engineers, state and municipal governments, data

Account Executive to join our dynamic team. With over 30 years in the industry,
we serve a diverse clientele, including the US Department of Defense, Army Corps
of Engineers, architects, engineers, state and municipal governments, data
centers, construction companies, and international and local airports. In this role,
you will drive success and further our mission, enjoying unlimited earning potential
and a rewarding commission structure. Responsibilities:
- Manage high-value transactions, typically ranging from $100k to $1mm.
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, which can extend from one month to a year.
- Provide tailored solutions with substantial integration or customization to meet the varied needs of our esteemed clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in industries such as enterprise software, industrial machinery, aircraft sales, luxury boats & yachts, advanced medical equipment, large-scale renewable energy installations, commercial real estate, or large construction projects.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic, drive, and a can-do attitude.
- Willingness to work in-office during the initial training and probationary period.
- Bilingual capabilities preferred.
- Competitive commission structure with rates between 3.5% to 6.5%, based on transaction margin. Your earning potential is unlimited.
