Who we are looking for: The Information Technology Support Technician will answer questions and manage requests related to information systems (IT) production jobs. What you’ll be doing: Including but not limited to: Responsible for providing technical support and answering users' computer-related questions Maintains current list of computer requests Troubleshoots hardware, software and network problems Assists the Network/Systems Administrator Installs computer hardware and software Other responsibilities as needed. What you need to have: Associate’s degree in computer science or IT preferred 0-3 years of relevant experience Ability to adapt to rapid changes/rapid work environment, manage competing demands Ability to work independently or in a team environment Ability to learn new concepts quickly Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and skills (oral and written) Must be willing to participate in and pass F&R’s pre-employment screening including a background investigation, drug screening and driving record.
