Job Description

Boylston Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full Time Operations Manager to support operations at a corporate cemetery in Roslindale, working within the crematory area.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive remains and ensure all required documentation is properly completed
Record cremations and maintain accurate operational reports
Assist with the operation and documentation of crematory equipment
Package materials as needed
Perform accurate and timely data entry of sensitive and important records

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently
Dependable and professional demeanor
Comfortable working in a crematory/cemetery environment

This is a direct hire role paying 55K-60K
