Operations Administrator

Description

This position is responsible for providing administrative support for IT functions such as media services, service desk, and knowledge management. Provide media services which include loading and unloading tapes, cataloging tapes, preparing tapes for shipping, and burning CDs. Assist with creation of knowledge articles and ongoing knowledge management (documentation) functions. Support technical staff on tasks, backups, user requests, and other EOC-related activities. Working on incidents & tasks that are specific to Primes IT operations. We also handle changes on a nightly basis.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
