Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional remote customer support via phone, email, and chat to guests worldwide. Assist guests with booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations. Proactively address and resolve guest concerns and issues to ensure satisfaction. Offer personalized recommendations for local experiences, dining, and activities. Gather and relay guest feedback to relevant internal teams for service improvement. Maintain detailed and accurate records of guest interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date on company offerings, travel trends, and destination information. Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest journey. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and customer service protocols. Uphold the company's commitment to excellence in guest experience in all interactions. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service, guest relations, or hospitality role, preferably with remote work experience. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and friendly tone. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack). Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote setting. A genuine passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences. High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is a plus. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup. Adaptability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet global guest needs. Familiarity with various international travel destinations is beneficial.
