Accounting Associate/Bookkeeper

What You’ll Do: Partner with engagement teams to manage bookkeeping across a variety of client entities Own relationships with banks and vendors —gather, organize, and analyze financial data Keep a close eye on cash balances and reconcile accounts regularly Generate budgeting and financial reports with accuracy and clarity Dive into discrepancies and help clean up the numbers Create custom financial reports—both on schedule and as needed Support tax prep by filing reports and coordinating with advisors What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel mastery —QuickBooks Online + Bill.com experience a bonus Solid understanding of financial statements, tax/investment lingo, and fiduciary accounting (a plus) Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with a client-first mindset Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Who We Are: We're a people-first firm with a big mission: Empowering Families to Succeed by Connecting Wealth and Purpose.
