This role is essential to ensuring resident comfort, infection prevention, and overall facility cleanliness.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areasSweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areasClean lobbies, restrooms, drinking fountains, and other public spacesEmpty trash receptacles and replace linersClean walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, dispensers, and other surfacesDust and sanitize handrails and high-touch areasOperate housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely and effectivelyFollow all safety procedures, infection control guidelines, and chemical handling protocolsMaintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supplies in a clean and organized mannerReport safety concerns, maintenance issues, and supply needs promptlyProvide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitorsWork independently and as part of a team to meet facility cleanliness standardsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious housekeeping experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience is a plusAbility to follow instructions, policies, and safety proceduresStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessGood communication and interpersonal skillsDependable, organized, and team-orientedWe are an equal opportunity employer.
