Product Manager
Responsible for managing, planning, monitoring and reporting on key product initiatives from conception through implementation. Performs a variety of tasks. Manages requirements, details, data collection, reporting and communication to successfully drive project efforts.
Drive solutions for product improvements and production enhancements for mobile products and services like smartphone insurance, Trade-In programs, device promotions, and smartphones. Work with cross-functional teams to achieve goals including IT, Digital Marketing, Network Engineering, Device Engineering, Marketing, Sales Channels, etc.
Lead team to analyze data and customer feedback from channels to determine improvement opportunities and to identify specific product customer experience issues. Data types include product performance, device testing logs, network data usage, etc. Work with other teams for joint analysis (operations, IT, device engineering, network, device OEMs, customer service, sales, etc.).
Must be able to understand mobile IT and network architecture, and how those translate into business requirements and solutions that meet customer needs - at a high-level. Must be able to lead teams with Marketing, Customer Service and technology participants.
Present strategies, solutions and analysis to peers and executives. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
A minimum 5-10 years of product development/management experience within cable/telecommunications.
