Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support planning, communication, and execution across active construction-related initiatives in Memphis, Tennessee. The right candidate will bring a structured approach to project management, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage submittals and day-to-day coordination responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Coordinate project activities from kickoff through completion, helping teams stay aligned on schedules, milestones, and deliverables.• Maintain project documentation, track updates, and organize records to support accurate reporting and smooth execution.• Manage submittal workflows by gathering, reviewing, and distributing required materials to the appropriate stakeholders.• Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal contacts to resolve issues, communicate status, and keep work progressing.• Monitor timelines and follow up on open items to reduce delays and support successful project outcomes.• Assist with meeting preparation, capture key decisions and action items, and ensure next steps are clearly communicated.• Support construction-related project efforts by coordinating logistics, documentation, and administrative tasks tied to field or office activities.
